FranklyKids is a private family app. It is invite-only and is not listed in search engines.
Children: first name, pronouns, birth year (not the full date), learning set, chosen picture and display style. Their routines, ticks, drops, jars, Mission Books, check-in results and anything a parent records from a school report or their own observations.
Parents: name, email, and a hashed PIN. Advisor conversations, visible only to the parent who had them.
No child accounts, no public profiles, no photos, no location, no advertising, no tracking scripts, no selling or sharing of data.
Each house sees its own routines, jobs, drops and jars. Both parents see shared learning and a combined independence trend, never a house-by-house comparison. Neither parent can see the other’s Advisor chats or audit log.
When a parent asks the Advisor a question, the question and a short summary about the child (first name, age, learning focus, and that parent’s observations) are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to write the answer. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, API data isn’t used to train models by default.
Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) in Sydney, protected by row-level security. The app is hosted on Vercel.
Removing a child from the last house they belong to permanently deletes everything about them. To delete a parent account, contact the account owner.
